Mrs. Sylvia Head, age 67 of Forsyth, passed away Monday, November 11, 2013 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sunnyside United Methodist Church. Rev. David Sanders will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the church.
Haisten McCullough Funeral Home, 1155 Everee Inn Rd. is in charge of arrangements.
