Ms. Wanda Gail Todd

Ms. Todd was born October 21, 1945 in Griffin, daughter of the late Emory & Bonnie Mae Floyd. She was a dedicated animal lover and rescuer; a member of PETA, ASPCA for animals organization and was Elvis’ biggest fan. She was a resident of Griffin all her life and throughout her adult years she was a long-time employee of Friedman’s Jewelers and Storage Village. She was well known and loved by so many friends and clients in the community. Ms. Todd will always be remembered for her strength, courage and feisty personality. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Stephen Mitchell Thomas; brother, Wyndell Floyd and brother, Tommy Floyd.

Ms. Todd is survived by her daughter, Tracey Warren; granddaughters, Lauren Thomas and Isabelle Warren; great-grandson, Averi Gilow; nieces, Melissa Morgan and Christy Salisbury; nephew, T.J. Floyd; great niece, Kim Allen and several cousins.

A funeral service for Ms. Wanda Gail Todd will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
