Alice B. Brooks died August 21, 2009 at the age 82. She was most proud of her many years as a volunteer with St. John Macomb Hospital Auxiliary. Mom was a proud veteran serving with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Beloved mother of Elizabeth "Libby" Morningstar, David, and Tim. Treasured grandma to 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday 12 Noon at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic Rd, Warren. Visitation is Tuesday 2-9 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be given to St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital Macomb Center Auxiliary, Alice Brooks Memorial Fund, 11800 12 Mile Rd., Warren, MI 48093.
