Angeline Elizabeth (Piotrowski) Turowski Angeline passed away on March 8, 2019 in Madison Heights, Michigan. She was ninety-one years old. She was born on December 5, 1927 in Hamtramck, Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Anthony and late Wanda (Ceglewski) Piotrowski. Angie's husband, Edward Francis Turowski, passed in 1997. Edward was the founder of Aladdin Heating and Cooling in Warren, Michigan. She is survived by her children, Janice (Aron) Lipshy, David (Marion) Turowski, Edward R. (Suzanne) Turowski and Elaine Eckstein, nine grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren. Angie was the matriarch of the family and will be greatly missed by her loving family. A homemaker, "Mom" and "Grandma T" was always ready to attend a family gathering. She travelled to Europe, Australia, the Caribbean, and throughout the United States. Up until a few years ago, Angie was a regular at the church Bingo nights. Angie loved watching tennis (having attended all Grand Slam tournaments), boxing, Jeopardy and all the court shows. She was an avid crossword puzzler leaving a half finished puzzle on her last day. And, since 2005, she crocheted baby afghans for Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church to be used in layettes for premature or disadvantaged babies. It is estimated she donated over one thousand of her unique blankets to this ministry. Angie's homemade Polish dishes were favorites with her family, including her signature lemon pie which she always brought to holiday gatherings. Angeline's funeral was held on March 14, 2019 at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren. She was buried at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
