Magee, Bernard " Bud " Frank. Born March 21, 1918 in Detroit, Mich. Son of the late Bernard F. and Daisy Peggy Magree. Beloved husband of 65 years to the late Doris Black Magree. Doris passed away Nov. 15, 2008. Bud worked for J. L. Hudsons for 35 years, he enjoyed for 25 years working on the Thanksgiving Day Parade. Bud was in the U.S. Marine Corp. during WW II with the grade of a sargent. He received a Purple Heart during the Battle of Guadalcanal in the Soloman Islands. He is survived by four children. Michael (Nancy) Magee, Terry (Dan) Vrable, Timothy (Terese) Magee and Barry (Donna) Magee. six grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is survived by a Sister Margaret Bayhan. Visitation is Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009 from 3:00 pm until time of Funeral Service 7:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13 1/2 Mile Rd.) Warren.
