Carol Jane Meyer passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015. She was 69 years old. She was born on January 12, 1946 in Detroit, MI; the daughter of Alvin William and Jane Alberta Bert. Carol is a former member of Faith Lutheran Church in Detroit and current member of Christ Lutheran Church in Warren. Beloved wife of Bill. Loving mother of Brett (Melodie) Meyer, Duane Meyer, and Steve (Anna) Meyer. Cherished grandmother of Amber Meyer, Hunter Meyer, and Summer Meyer. Sister of Ed (Doris) Bert and Gail (Dave) Dietz. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents. Visitation Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Instate Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 10:00 am until time of the funeral service 11:00 am at Christ Lutheran Church, 32300 Schoenherr Road, Warren.
