Clarence "Jerry" Schwartz

Clarence "Jerry" Schwartz, age 85, died October 25, 2015 at Medilodge of Sterling Heights. He was born July 2, 1930 in Detroit to the late Clarence and Lilly (Holmes) Schwartz. Jerry was employed at Mound Rd. Sterling Heights Plant for 37 years as an inspector for Ford Motor Car Company retiring in 1996. Served in the Air Force and belonged to the 51st Fighter Interceptor Wing Association and the 39th FSA "Cobras: Squadron Association. Jerry enjoyed collecting model airplanes, going for long walks, story- telling and being a wonderful grandfather. Beloved husband of Adrienne. Dearest father of Diane Schwartz, Michelle Beattie, Lisa Goedert, David Schwartz, Dennis Sine, Brian Sine and Douglas Sine. Loving and proud grandfather of 7 and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Sharon Dagenais. Visitation Thursday 2:00pm-9:00pm at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr, Warren with a Scripture service at 7:00pm. In state Friday 10:30am for a 11:00am Mass at St. Malachy, 14085 E. Fourteen Mile, Sterling Heights. Burial will take place Tuesday November 3, 2015, 2:00pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan.
