
Daniel Connor Voss of Bloomfield Hills Michigan, dear father of Asher Michael Voss, Alexandra Danielle Voss and Riley Christina-Lynn Voss and her brother Ryan Trif, died Dec. 16, 2021 surrounded by his family members and special partner Cheryl Norman.
Dan was born July 13, 1969 in Royal Oak Michigan , the first of three children to Paul Michael and Marilyn Ruth Easterle Voss. Dan grew up in Beverly Hills, Michigan where he graduated from Brother Rice High School in 1987. He went to college graduating with a Business Degree from Pepperdine University in 1991, and A Masters Degree from Thunderbird School of Business Management in 1997.After College Dan went to work for Merrill Lynch in the Phoenix Area. After approximately 10 years he returned to Michigan and joined the family Business, focusing on sales and investments.
Dan loved watching Marvel Movies with his son Asher, they were truly Marvel junkies.
He love going to Alex’s volleyball games and seeing and hearing about Riley’s competitive dance events.
Dan always followed the stock market and he and Ryan would talk endlessly about stocks and investing.
He enjoyed playing an occasional round of golf and hitting long tee shots. Who doesn’t remember Dan reminiscing at dinner about one of his trips to Hawaii? By the way, if Dan didn’t have sushi at dinner, it wasn’t a real dinner.
Dan will be missed by his friends and especially by Cheryl Norman, his children, his mom and dad and the rest of the family.
Dan is survived by his three children, his Mother Marilyn Voss, his Father Paul Michael (Pamela) Voss, his brothers David Michael (Traci) Voss of Louisville, KY and their four children Mathew, Luke, Katherine and Elizabeth: Douglas Patrick (Debra) Voss of Louisville, KY and their twin daughters Avery and Drew; and Michael Torin Voss of Grosse Pointe Shores, MI. He is also survived by his step sister Elyse Perkins of Grosse Pointe Woods and her son William, and his step Brother Christopher Perkins of Harrison Twp.
The funeral is being held as a Private Service with family members only due to covid Health issues in Michigan. The family requests any donations in his honor be made the The Michigan Humane society.
