Dennis Lewis Long, age 63, died January 23, 2015 at St John Macomb Hospital, Warren. He was born October 6, 1951 in Detroit to the late Samuel and Edna (Miller) Long. Dennis worked as a machinist for Proto-Teck. He loved boating, something he started at the early age of fourteen when he obtained his first boat. He was a resident of Warren for 22 years, a dedicated worker and a "Number One" father and grandfather. Beloved husband of the love of his life, Karen, who were married March 16, 1985. Dearest father of Dennis (Natalie) and Michael (Christina). Loving and proud grandfather of Greyson and Clayton Long. Dear brother of Carl (Barb), Samuel (Sherry), Marie (Terry) Zuenlak, Ron (Dina) and Kenneth (Sherry). Visitation Wednesday 2:00pm-9:00pm with a funeral service Thursday 10:00am at the A.H.
