Edward F. Peet was born April 25, 1933 in Detroit, Michigan and entered into rest August 15, 2016 in Brighton, Michigan at the age of 83. Edward was loving husband of the late Mary (nee Jackson) and dearest father of David (Jayne), Edward (Julie), Kenneth (Kathy), Mary (Kurt Smith) and Joseph (Sharon)and Grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 2. He was the youngest brother of the late Rose Mary (Don) Clees, Tom and Fred Peet. Visitation Thursday 1:30 pm 8:00 pm with rosary at 7:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods 48236. Funeral Friday; instate 11:30 am until time of mass 12:00 noon at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St. Clair Shores 48080. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
