Sunrise September 22, 1999 – Sunset November 8, 2025
Evan Alexander Green of Clinton Township, Michigan, passed away tragically on November 8, 2025, in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Born on September 22, 1999, in Detroit, Evan brought light, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him.
Evan’s spirit could light up a room. His caring nature and goofy sense of humor made everyone feel special and included. He had a gift for turning ordinary moments into joyful memories and was known for his ability to make any situation fun.
From a young age, Evan was curious and hands-on, often taking apart his toys to understand how they worked—especially his beloved Transformers, which only he could reassemble. This early fascination with mechanics blossomed into a lifelong passion for cars. Evan pursued this love through automotive certifications at Macomb Community College and was working diligently at Jefferson Chevrolet to build his dream career.
Evan was also a gifted athlete. He played football with the East Detroit Tigercats and wrestled with the East Detroit Wrestling Club, forming lifelong friendships along the way. In high school, he continued to excel in both sports, contributing to a State Championship football team in 2017. He gave back to his community by volunteering as a youth coach for the Eastside Eagles, where his unique ability to connect with young players made him a favorite among the kids.
Beyond his talents and achievements, Evan’s heart belonged to his family and friends. He cherished every connection—near and far—on both sides of his family. He was deeply devoted to his father, Mark Green; his stepmother, Jennie; and his brothers, Zachary Green, Davis Green, and Randy Jones. Evan was also building a beautiful life with his partner, Mariha, and her son, Wynn, along with his faithful dog, Appa.
Evan’s time with us was far too short, but his impact was immeasurable. He taught us to be kind, to laugh freely, and to love deeply. May we carry his spirit forward by embracing joy, offering hugs, and making others feel seen—just as Evan always did.
Evan was proceeded in death by his mother, Chantell Richardson.
He is survived by his loving family, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who will forever hold his memory close.
