So many memories with Jerry and Carolyn in my life.  Jerry was my cousin, but more like an Uncle to me.  I was their flower girl when I was 4 years old.  I remember my pretty blue dress and how magnificently sunny it was on their wedding day.  God blessed them with many years together.  I remember how fun our Christmases were when we were little.  Jerry, Carolyn and James were always there on Christmas morning when we opened our presents.    Jerry loved to take us to frozen custard on Jefferson.      When we were teenagers, my brother and I went to Kentucky Lake with Jerry and Carolyn.  It was a very fun time.  We also went to the drive-in movies in the summer - loved doing that.   As an adult, Jerry and Carolyn continued to be an important part of not only our life, but our children, Richard John and Holly's life.  Always loving and generous.    Pepsi Jerry - always available to help anyone at the drop of a dime.  Jerry was always willing to share his knowledge of air conditioning with Richard, and so his legacy of repair lives on.  When Jerry said, "Call me if you need anything," he meant it with all his heart.  It worked both ways, we called him and he called us.   Richard and I enjoyed many dinners at the Wildflower with them and their friends.  We did some "cruising" a few years ago with Jerry and Carolyn - they loved riding in their Mustang.    Jerry fought a courageous battle for a very long time.  I know he is watching over all of us.   I will think of Jerry and miss him everyday.  Love Always, Glenda

Jerry was always filled with love and always cared about everything in our life. Whether it be family, work, fun or anything else he was always supportive of our every move. We always enjoyed his company during Thanksgiving, Christmas and all family events. Jerry was a huge part of our small family. I loved hearing his stories about Pepsi. Jerry would always go out of his way to help any of us. One time Jerry was very sick and he came over to help fix our air conditioning. Although Jerry was battling cancer you would never know it with his positive attitude. We will miss you very much Jerry. You are irreplaceable and will remembered forever. We will really miss you at Christmas and all family events. It was always one of the first questions we would ask our parents or Nana and Papa. Is Carolyn and Jerry coming? You will forever be with us and we love you so much.

Jerry was a great uncle. Growing up we loved any chance we got to spend time with him and especially during the holidays. Whether it was Christmas in California or Thanksgiving in Michigan, he always gave me and my siblings his love each and every time. Jerry holds a special place in my heart as my Godfather and he was quite the storyteller. Full of love and full of life he gave me so much support and always had a consistent gentle presence in my life. When I was younger I thought I knew what tall was with the example of my dad...until I met my Uncle Jerry. Man, was he tall. More of a man to love!   Uncle Jerry, I miss you.
