Jean Simone Miller

Jean Simone Miller was born June 1, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan and entered into rest December 9, 2016 at the age of 86 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Jean was the loving wife of 51 years to Claude "Bill" Miller Sr. who passed away January 23, 2003. Jean was the beloved mother of Claude "Bill" Miller Jr. (Nancy), Cindy Barber, John Miller (Amy) and grandmother to Courtney Miller, Krystle Warnock(Angelo), Michaela Miller, Benjamin Miller and great-grandmother to Juliana Warnock and Joselyn Warnock. She was sister-in-law to the late Paul and Doris Lybeer, aunt to Linda Estep (Danny), Sue Rice (Kim), Paula Ritz (Dean) and great-aunt to seven. Jean was employed for 20 years at First State Bank- Mack Avenue Branch and retired from there in 1995. She was a long time member and officer of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and East Detroit Ladies Auxiliary 2495 officer in the Macomb Theater Organ Society. Visitation Monday December 12, 2016 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan 48236.
