Jean Mary Rayniak

Jean Mary Rayniak, age 99, died Saturday, April 2, 2016. She was born March 12, 1917 in Hamtramck, Michigan to the late Stephan and Frances Senkowski. Jean worked for many years as a manager at a popular Hamtramck dress shop. Beloved wife of the late Henry who predeceased her in 1981. Dearest mother of Lorraine (Raymond) Wiebelhaus and the late Patricia (Ronald) Manczyk and Margaret Salogar. Loving and proud grandmother of Linda (Thomas) Hart, Michael (Jacqueline) Manczyk, Ruth (Ronald) Cilva, Karen (Enderson) Ferreira, Jennifer Manczyk, Neal Salogar and Alisabeth Salogar. Great-grandmother to Matthew Hart, Stephen Hart, Katherine Hart, Stephanie Platts, Ryan Platts, Megan Manczyk, Eric Manczyk, Olivia Cilva, Nicholas Cilva, Christian Ferreira. Dear sister of the late Stella (Peter) Lada, Jack (Connie) Senkowski and Alexander (Jane) Senkowski. A funeral Mass will be held at 12 noon on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14115 Fourteen Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. Family will greet guests at the church starting at 10:30 am on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Project Blessing in care of Ave Marie Parish, 5366 Main Street, Lexington, MI 48450. Donations goes toward helping needy families in the thumb area.
