John Lorenzo Carney was born May 1, 1936 in Detroit and entered into rest September 25, 2011 in Harper Woods at the age of 75. John was the loving husband of Antoinette "Toni", and Loving father of John (Josephine), Chris (Gerry) Siecinski, Mickey, Mark (Bev), Susan (Paul) Willard and Dearest grandfather of 10. John loved hunting, fishing and reading. He was devoted to his family and was retired fron GM since 1991. Visitation Tuesday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with rosary 7:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods. Fr. Robert Witkowski to officiate the Rosary.
