John D. Fraser died on April 25, 2009 with family by his side. He was 84 years old. John loved spending time with his family. He and Delores would go out on long walks and spend the night dancing with each other. John played golf most of his life and it was John that got Delores in love with the game of golf. The two were inseparable on the golf course. John is survived by his wife Delores; daughter Holly (Bob) Betzler; and grandchildren Amanda (fianc Trey Allen) Betzler and Bo Betzler. Visitation Monday 2-9 PM at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave at Vernier Rd, Grosse Pointe Woods. Prayer service Monday 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heritage Presbyterian Church, 23415 Jefferson Ave., St.Clair Shores, MI 48080.
