Joyce Graham

Joyce Graham was born May 25, 1940 in Livingston, Tennessee to Oren and Jessie Smith. She entered into rest on August 23, 2019 at the age of 79. Joyce enjoyed a 40+ career with 1st State Bank in East Detroit, working her way up to the branch manager. Throughout her career thousands of clients were met with her smile and warm personality, and many became close friends throughout Joyces life. She was also a devout member of Cornerstone Baptist Church of Roseville, where she was an active member of the Harvesters Sunday School Group. Vacations up to the family cabin in West Branch, Michigan were Joyces favorite time of year. She love the fresh air and the time spend with her family. She also enjoyed quilting and often gave her quilts as gifts to her family and many of her friends. Joyce leaves behind her children Steven (Janet), Susan (Wayne) Brown, and Scott (Janet). She is the treasured grandmother of Erin (Caleb), Trevor (Miranda), Matthew (Jennifer), Kelly (Kevin), Megan, Madison, Michael, and Maggie and great-grandmother of Maxwell, Redford, and Madeline. She is predeceased by her parents and beloved husband Harold. Funeral services for Joyce will be held at 10:00 am on Monday August 26, 2019 at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic (13 Mile) Warren. A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
