Joyce Carroll Nelson died on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Leroy Nelson. Loving mother of Leanne (Frank) Ruggero, Kevin O.D. (Cathy) Nelson, and Heather (Greg) Coach. Cherished grandmother of Carrie (Jim) Thorpe, Jaime (Jared) Jenkins, Travis Nelson, Cody Nelson, Tim Urban, Evan Urban, Rhiannon Urban, Allison Coach, and Emily Coach. Great-grandmother of Brenna Thorpe, Nicholas Thorpe, and Alexandra Jenkins. Sister of David Hedberg. Visitation Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Funeral Monday 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery in Clinton Township, MI.
