Judith Ann Cullen peacefully went to rest on June 28th, 2014 - Age 72. Judith was born on September 5th, 1941 at Saint Marys' Hospital in Detroit, Michigan by her beloved parents: late Father, Walter A. Stadler and Mother, Dorothy Paluch. She spent her childhood and teenage years growing up in the City of Berkley with her three brothers: Doug, David, and Donald. She graduated from Berkley High School. She had many friends from school and Girl Scouts that she stayed in contact with all these years, occasionally meeting for lunch. In 1962 Judith was set-up on a blind date by friends. Little did she know her life would be changed forever that day when she met Thomas James Cullen. Tom and Judy married on September 7th, 1963. They were married thirty-nine years until Thomas peacefully went to rest in 2002. They enjoyed bowling on several leagues with their close friends and family, hanging out with neighbors going on road trips in the RV, and going to Frankenmuth, MI to visit Bronner's Christmas store. During their marriage they were blessed with four children: Victoria, Colleen, Susan, and Matthew. Vicki learned and loved to bake with her mom. They also spent countless hours putting together a book of our family trees. Like her mother, Colleen has a large family and loves getting together especially at the holidays. Judy always made sure our home was decorated inside and out for all holidays and Colleen does the same. Suzie, like her mom, always plans ahead and is always on time in everything she does. Also, anyone who knows Suzie and her mom knows they both are worrywarts, thus the planning ahead. Matthew loved spending time in the kitchen with his mom, shares her love of cooking and has many of her recipes. Matt was always involved in sports growing up, Mom and Dad were at every game supporting him. Besides being a full-time mother and wonderful wife, Judith worked as a paraprofessional for the Macomb Intermediate School District. Her students ranged from physically handicapped to severe learning disabilities. Judy's natural gift of patient caregiver made this the perfect profession for not only her, but her students whom she helped. In her spare time she loved doing puzzles, having breakfast with her girlfriends, playing with her kitties, Ellie and Bella, and collecting elephants, angels, and coins.
