Kathleen Ann Carter, age 66 of Roseville, died September 30, 2014. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 31, 1947; the daughter of Roy and Becky Carter. Kathleen enjoyed reading, attending outdoor concerts and bike riding. She loved her parakeet, "Sugar" and adored her nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Rosemary (Robert) Conor. Loving aunt of Erin (Jamie Eckhardt) Conor, Kevin Conor and Jeffrey (Mary) Conor. Favorite niece of Eudoxie Pope. A private family memorial service will be held in Washington.
