I enjoyed getting to know Leon as a rapid treatment patient...I was always happy to see him. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Dale street had many stories. Memories of days long gone. Stories of families that started on it. Stories of baseball games and football games played on the front lawns. Kids running up and down it till the lonely street lamp turned on. Stories of how we grew. Stories of most of us leaving not wanting to go back. The street knows of all our short comings, our failures, learning experiences and success. There's stories of my old friend Charlie who passed much to young a few years ago. Stories of a funny man talking politics with a kid in his living room wearing a black t shirt and tighty whities on a Saturday afternoon. Time stopped on Dale street when Dave past away a few years back. Then there's the story of a man who was like a father figure to the kids on Dale street who where a bit younger. So the story continues, he did for these guys who are like younger brothers to me. In return they where there when he needed things. Big or small it didn't matter. They did for him cause of what he did for them on Dale. The man became a great friend to my parents and family, always walking around with a smile on his face. Always asking how you were doing. Though he moved away from Dale street years ago, he and his family where part of the street and the stories. So Dale street has another story, one in which a good man once lived there who had a huge impact on the Reini boys lives as well as his own son, helping raise them to become fine young men. Dale street is saying so long old friend, thank you for being who you are, a true legend to the people who where honored to know you. Rest in peace Leon. We will see you in a bit.

Jan & Chris: It's with heavy hearts that we are writing this now. We were out of town and so shocked when we heard the sad news. What great memories we have of Leon and of our bowling days together. I will miss him. I remember when we really little...and I am younger then him by 3 years...He would say "didn't anyone tell you girls have cooties". Lol Later on, we met several times through business. He seemed a kind and gentle soul. He will be missed. Love Cousin Connie
