Marie Stahl

Marie worked in the accounting department of Wayne State University for over 25 years. She was a hard worker and fiercely independent, she prided herself on being self-sufficient, well organized and extremely responsible.

Marie was a devout Catholic and proud long- time member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. She was very rooted in her faith and was often referred to as a "prayer warrior" because of her constant prayers for family, friends and even people she did not personally know. Marie regularly attended mass on Saturday's at 4:00 pm. She would often go a few hours before mass to sit in silence and pray.

Family truly meant everything to Marie. She always made time to be there for her son, granddaughters, and dear friends, whether it was to lend a listening ear, give advice, or simply spend quality time. Her unconditional love and support will be greatly missed.

Marie is survived by her beloved son, Hans G Stahl (Lisa), and her loving granddaughters, Cairington M Stahl and Evelyn L Stahl.

A Funeral Mass for Marie will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 12:00 PM, with an Instate beginning at 11:00 AM, at St Joan of Arc Parish Center, 22412 Overlake St, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080.
