

Nickolas O'Hara, age 87, died July 31, 2015 at Medilodge, Sterling Heights. He was born September 7, 1927 in McKees Rocks, Pa. to the late William and Rosalie (Klem) O'Hara. Nick was a retired tool and die maker at Chrysler. Nick was a WW11 Army veteran serving in Austria as an automotive mechanic, and received the Army of Occupation Medal and the Victory Medal.He was a man with a gentle heart as stated by his daughter. Beloved husband of Jacoba who predeceased him April 21, 2005. Dearest father of Nickolas (Susan), Jim (Deborah), David (Donna), Roseann (Thomas) Hinebrook, Janet O'Hara, Michael (Carolynne), Jacqueline (Norman) Hardy, Robert (Tera), Patricia (Ken) Stempowski, Edward, and the late Linda (Barry) Moore. Loving and proud grandfather of 25 and 7 great-great grandchildren. Dear brother of Jack (Joan), Maryann (Skeet), Billy and the late Paul (Gerry). Visitation Monday and Tuesday 2:00PM-9:00PM at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr, Warren. A Rosary Service will be held Tuesday 7:00PM at the funeral home. In state Wednesday 9:30AM for a 10:00AM Mass at St Pio of Pietrelcina Parish (formerly Sacred Heart), 18430 Utica Road, Roseville. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. Memorials to The Methodist Children's Home appreciated by family.
