Norma Jean Davis

Norma Jean Davis passed away with her family by her side on May 4, 2017 at the age of 92. She was born in Deckerville, MI on July 21, 1924; daughter of Joseph and Annie (nee Davis) McNabb. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Charles. She was proud of her children Craig, Carol Ureel, Pattie VonHagel (Tom), Gayle Franck (Rob), Julie Barber (Lee), and the late Susan. She adored her grandchildren Alisa, Joel, Jonathan, Hannah, Rebekah, Elizabeth, Rachel, Lyndsay, Kaitlin, Lori, Jacob, Joseph, Michael, Abigail, Joshua, and Lydia. Great-grandmother of Oskar and James. She is survived by her sister Joyce Goller. She was predeceased by her siblings Thressa Kerbyson, Robert McNabb, Kenneth McNabb Pearl Nickel, and Maxine Katsilas. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave., at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods. Instate Wednesday 10:30 am until the time of her funeral at 11:00 am at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 20338 Mack, Grosse Pointe Woods. Reverend Randy Boelter will officiate. Interment at Downing Cemetery in Deckerville, MI. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Lutheran Church.
