Patricia Joyce O'Grady

Pat was originally from Ontonagon, Michigan before moving to the East side of Detroit where she met her husband, the late Vincent O’Grady. She loved traveling the world with her family and her fellow seniors at Sterling Heights senior center. She golfed in leagues at Sunnybrook and Rammler Golf Course well into her 90s and was a card shark in euchre. She was a Master Gardner and loved tending to her garden in her backyard.

Patricia was pre-deceased by her beloved Husband Vincent, and son Daniel O’Grady.

She is survived by her loving children, Catherine O’Grady (Greg), John O’Grady (Mary), Michael O’Grady (Shelly) and Daughter in Law Nora O’Grady.

She is survived by her adored Grandchildren, Kelly O’Grady (Tony), Daniel O’Grady (Mary), Julie Weiss (Dennis), Linda Twomey, Andrea O’Grady-Canny (Matt), Christine O’Grady, Sean O’Grady, Shannon O’Grady, Hannah Medina, and Ashley Gentry (Lance).

She is survived by her beautiful great-grandchildren, Charles Weiss, William Weiss, Margaret Weiss, Brian Kelly, and Bruce Gentry.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at A. H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. A eulogies will occur Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. An instate will occur Monday, March 20, 2023 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady Star of the Sea, 467 Fairford, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. A funeral mass will occur Monday, March 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Star of the Sea, 467 Fairford, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236.
