Pat and Mrs. O'Grady gave me one of my first jobs as a "dishdog" when O'Grady's on the Grille 1st broke ground for construction on Mack Avenue and Canyon road. I generally took my direction from Chef Don and learned alot about food service and Hospitality. Pat was a great man of whom I liked alot. His Wife was like a Mother figure to me and my buddies. Not enough room to say everything I have to say but I will finish by saying: God has a Good One with him. G.B.N.F.

Karla and Dominic, Our prayers are with you at this time of great loss. We are all blessed and lucky to have been a part of Pat's life.
