Patrick Joseph Phelan, age 90 of Grosse Pointe Shores, died October 14, 2017. Beloved husband of Lorraine. Loving father of Margo (Philip), Sandra, and Eileen (William), two grandchildren Casandra and Carl. Great grandson Lincoln. Patrick was a paratrooper in the Asian Theatre in WWII and a graduate of the University of Detroit. He retired from Aetna Life and Casualty after 38 years of faithful service. Memorial Service 11 am Thursday, St Bonaventure Catholic Church , 1820 Mt. Elliot Street, Detroit. Memorials in Patricks name may be made to Province of St. Joseph of the Capuchin order, 1820, Mt.
