Rachel Frevik

Frevik, Rachel, age 23, of Grosse Pointe City, passed away December 28, 2016. Rachel was a free spirit with a huge heart, who was adored by her family. Her smile and love were contagious, and her love had no boundaries. She had many close and special relationships because of her big, thoughtful heart. Rachel often left special notes to people she loved and cared for as an opportunity to spread her love. She was an avid reader, artist, and had joy in sharing her love and acceptance of Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Rachel was born again and baptized on December 4, 2016 at New Hope Church in Detroit. Beloved daughter of Eric (Rachael) Frevik, and Vicki Boudro. Cherished sister of, Jessica (Joseph) Safadi, Carl Boudro, Eden and Cole Frevik. Dearest granddaughter of, Jim Klobochar, Kathy Lockwood, Virginia Boudro, and Bill and Terri Vertalka. Special niece, Jenna Safadi. The family welcomes you to gather and share memories on Tuesday, from 3-9pm with a 7pm prayer service at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Avenue. Funeral service, Wednesday 11am at Hope Community Church, 14456 East Jefferson Ave., Detroit, MI 48215. Additional visitation 10-11am at the church prior to the service.
