Bill, Sophie 85, August 6, 2008 peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of John. Dear mother of Dr. Gary (Kim) Bill and Peter (Judith) Bill. Loving grandmother of Michael, Alexander, Christopher, and Katherine. She was the valedictorian of her high school and instilled the value of education in her children and grandchildren. Her passion for Greek history and the classics was never ending. Sophie never spoke of "me" or "I" but always selflessly concerned herself with the needs and well-being of her family and those she loved. A private memorial service was held on Saturday August 9.
