Thomas W. Turner, Jr., age 75, died at home, March 12, 2012 after a long illness. He was born February 16, 1937 to Thomas Sr. and Carrie (nee Heffner) Turner in Hazel Park, Michigan. Thomas retired from General Motors in 1987 after 33 years of loyal service. He was also an avid fisherman. Beloved husband of Margaret, dear father of Debra (Doug) Nikoriuk, Dawn (John) Piascik, Carrie (Donald) Wieck, and Christina (David) Guffy. Proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Delphine O'Brien and the late Elizabeth Self. Visitation Thursday 1:00pm-6:00pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13-1/2 Mile), Warren with a Memorial Service at 6:00pm. Memorial contributions to American Heart Association and Hospice of Henry Ford.
