Our dear brother, son, father, and friend, Timothy Addy, passed peacefully at his home in the early hours of Sunday morning, May 17, 2026, at the age of 50. Tim is now reunited with his beloved daughter, Cameron, with whom he shared an extraordinary bond and deep, enduring love. Their closeness was one of the greatest joys of his life, and we find comfort in knowing they are together again in peace.
He is survived by his cherished son, Timothy Addy III; his loving parents, Timothy Sr. and Sue Addy, Shirley and Philip Lesperance; his brothers and best friends, Kevin and Brian Addy; his devoted sister, Michele and his loyal brothers, Troy, Richard [Melissa], and Nicholas [Harley] Lucassian; his big-hearted sisters, Marion (Addy) Fikany [Mark], Barbara (Addy) Witte-Martin [Jan], and Rebecca (Addy) Wilson [Chris]; and his reliable brother, Steven Addy. He also leaves behind his adored nieces and nephews: Troy Jr., Natalie, Freddie, Flora, and Rhodes Lucassian; and Kaden, Brendan, Bronwyn, Addison, and Ryleigh Addy; James, Matthew, and Michael Fikany; Eva and Lola Witte-Martin; Noah, Sofia, Emily and Bridgette Wilson.
Tim’s love, compassion, and generosity were at the heart of who he was. Christ was the center of his life; he had a deep faith and was inspired to serve and uplift others. He touched countless lives beyond his family, offering grace, kindness, and opportunity to people from all walks of life, while never expecting anything in return. Tim had tremendous depth, a quick wit, unparalleled perseverance, and an unforgettable sense of humor that brought laughter and comfort to those around him. The light he possessed shined so very bright upon all who were blessed to know him. He brought warmth, joy, and encouragement, and carried everyone else’s burdens. His radiant spirit, his deep love, and the goodness he carried into every relationship and endeavor will be imprinted on our hearts eternally. May you rest in peace, our beloved Timothy.
The memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 28, at The Woods Church in Warren, Michigan (14300 E. Thirteen Mile Rd.). The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. All friends and family are welcome.
In lieu of flowers or donations to the family, helping one another with love and compassion would continue to honor the core of Tim’s beliefs.
