

Angie was born on March 13, 1947 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late James (Lee) and Annie (Grace) Moore. She attended Harvard University for approximately two to three years, she also obtained an associate degree from Columbus State Community College. She worked as a Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts. She had multiple jobs as a certified nurse aide, skycap at John Glen International airport. Her most important role was being a housewife for 55 years, spiritually she was fulfilled at Guide Church.
Angie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was strict and well versed in her ways in order to guide her children on a better path in life. Angie appreciated fashion and her jewelry at its finest. Her husband (Macky) of many years always showered her with many gifts all the time. His love for her never wavered. She loved to travel and take vacations with family. She was involved in a Trans Am club and raced cars on American Legion Highway in Boston Massachusetts. She will be missed.
Angie is preceded in death by her parents and her four siblings: Linda Moore, Keitha Moore, Jimmy Moore, and Leonard Moore.
Angie is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, MacArthur Mitchell; her children, Antoinett Mitchell, Ketih Mitchell (Karen), Octavia Mitchell, and Durance Mitchell (Brandi); her grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews; and many relatives and friends.
