

Bev was born on December 2, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio, to Jackie and Ruth Ratcliff. She was a 1979 graduate of Bishop Ready High School and went on to dedicate more than 30 years of service to the State of Ohio, working in the Division of Liquor Control. Bev was a woman of strong faith and a devoted member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
She met the love of her life, Mike Wilson, and together they shared 35 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and family. Bev was deeply family-oriented and treasured time spent with those she loved most. She and Mike kept a camper at Grand Lake St. Marys, where countless memories were made while hosting family and friends.
Bev loved to shop and took great joy in spoiling her family and grandchildren. She was generous, thoughtful, and always thinking of others, never forgetting a birthday or special occasion. Known for her wonderful sense of humor, Bev could make anyone laugh, even during her final days.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jackie Ratcliff; her brothers, Jay and Gerald Ratcliff; her infant children, Brandon and Bethany; her sister-in-law, Madonna Ratcliff; and her nephew, Anthony Wagner.
Bev is survived by her loving husband, Mike Wilson; her children, Michael Wilson Jr., Misty (Dru) Desarro, Brittany (Kenny) Bocook, and Brady Wilson; her mother, Ruth Ratcliff; her siblings, Barb Ratcliff and Wes Ratcliff; her cherished grandchildren, Treyton, Chance, Dakota, Domenic, Carter, and Audriana; her great grandchild, Bryer; her beloved dog, Gunner; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Schoedinger Norris Grove City, located at 4242 Hoover Road, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
The funeral service will take place on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, located at 3220 Columbus Street, Grove City, Ohio 43123. Interment will immediately follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery, located at 6440 South High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137.
Bev will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, laughter, and unwavering love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and devotion that will live on in all who knew her.
