On June 11, 1960, Billy married the love of his life, Shirley Baker, and together they shared 65 wonderful years of marriage. Known for his quick wit and sense of humor, Billy could always be counted on to share a good joke and a warm smile.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Edna Coots, his sisters, Evelen and Helen Coots and his brothers, Chuck and Butch Coots.
