Brenda Curry

Brenda’s relentless faith and warrior spirit encouraged those around her throughout her battle. Her legacy of faith will carry on in all who know her. Brenda’s life mission was the desire that there be no missing links in her family and loved one's path to eternal life. No matter her circumstance her day started with reading the Bible and listening to worship music.

Brenda was born in Williamson, West Virginia to Robert and Causby Hale, She graduated from Grove City High School and attended Paul C. Hayes Technical School where she studied Data Processing. She went on to use these skills as a medical receptionist.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Causby; step-mother, Thelma; brothers, Arlie Brown and Ray Brown; and sisters Barbara Hale, Roberta Fout, and Lois Woodcox.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Rick; her children, Chris Curry and Beth (Kevin) McDowell; and forever loved by her grandchildren, Elijah Gabriel and Este Ann; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY, 4242 Hoover Rd., Grove City. Funeral service will follow at 12:00PM. Interment Concord Cemetery.
