Mary Maxine Reinhard

Mary (McGonigle) Reinhard age 79, passed away on August 2, 2024, at the Convalarium in Dublin. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to bake and won many ribbons at county and the Ohio State Fair. She was a school cook and made everything from scratch which made the lunch lines quite long. She was a realtor for a short time before opening Grandma Mary’s Daycare. Before retiring, she worked for Doctors Hospital and after retirement, she would help elderly neighbors and friends. She was an active parishioner of St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in West Jefferson, Ohio, where she sang in the choir. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William (Mike) Reinhard, parents Elwood McGonigle and Louise (Fisher) McGonigle, brother Woody McGonigle, sisters Jeanine (Harold) Trump and Corlyn (Jim) Neff, and sister-in-law Shirley McGonigle. She is survived by her brother Patrick McGonigle, sisters, Ann (Gene) Vanhoose, Martha (Keith) Salyer and sister-in-law Peggy McGonigle. Children, Michael, Kathy (Bruce) Beach of Wisconsin and Stephen (Lisa) Reinhard, grandchildren Justin, Austin, Kirsten, Abby (Andrew) VanFossen, Zach (Samantha) Beach, McKenzie Beach, Erin, Tyler (Evelynn) Beach and Halli. Great-grandchildren, Andrew, Kayne, Evvy, Peter and Stellan. And many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends and family will be received on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 5-7pm at Schoedinger Funeral Home, 4242 Hoover Road, Grove City, Ohio with the Funeral being held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, West Jefferson, Ohio, at 10:30am with interment at St Joseph Cemetery in Lockbourne, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association Central Ohio Chapter at 1379 Dublin Rd, Columbus, OH 43215.
