Shirley was born on March 13, 1941 in Grove City, Ohio to the late Hobert and Eva (Thompson) Curnutte. Faith was very important to her, and she attended Hayden Run Enterprise Baptist Church. Family was the center of her world, especially spoiling her grandchildren. Shirley married her best friend, Charles, in October 1970. They had many adventures including traveling to Canada and Florida. Shirley filled her life with music.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Charles Bricker; her children, Cheryl Ann Cattrell, Susan Kay (Luther) Chaffin, Steven (Yevette) Linley, Christina Linley, and Timothy (Nancy) Linley; her 8 grandchildren; her 3 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 20, 2025 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd, Grove City. A Funeral Service will follow on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 11:00am. Shirley will be laid to rest at Concord Cemetery.
