Yolanda Lynn Reid

Yolanda Lynn Reid, age 59, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at the Wexner Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her mother Beatrice Nedrow, father, Ronald Reid,and her sister, Tammie Reid. She is survived by her children, Joshua (Kayla) Detty, Madalyne (Jacob) Killilea Hatfield, grandchildren, Ginevieve Hatfield, Grayson Detty, Kloe Griffin, her stepfather, Paul Nedrow, siblings, Ron (Deb) Reid, Linda (Joel) Heegard, Martin (Shaunna) Reid, Paul (Christina) Nedrow, Joe Nedrow, Marissa (Don) Reich, and her almost sister, Jalenia Mead. After graduating from Ithaca Senior High School, she went on to serve in the Navy for several years. She has worked for the Ohio Department of Health for many years. Although not active in church she had a true passion for religion. Yolanda enjoyed being out shopping, traveling to new places, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 4-7 pm at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY where service will be held on Friday December 17, 2021, at 10 am with Pastor Kenny Smith officiating. Interment will be at Muhlenberg Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the James Cancer Hospital .
