She was born April 5, 1928 to Elizabeth Konkel Rausch and Isaac Milton Rausch in Bastrop County, Texas. She has lived in the area for most of her life.
Constance began her career at Texaco in the canning department before moving to Processing and retired after 35 years of service.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Trail of Houston, Texas, her sons, Gary Faulk of Groves, Texas, Richard Rausch and wife Vickie of Port Neches, Texas, three grandchildren, Ryan Rausch and wife Lovely, Kristen Knapp and Megan Rausch. She is also survived by her sister, Patricia Beal of Houston, Texas along with several nieces and nephews.
