The funeral service will be held at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church, 3390 Sarah St., Beaumont, TX 77705 Thursday, December 22, 2011. Viewing: 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m; Rosary: 10:30 a.m.; Mass: 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves, Texas.
She was born Sept. 19, 1922 in Lake Charles, La.; raised in Palmetto, La, lived in Port Arthur, Texas over 40 years and in Beaumont, Texas the last 10 years. She is the mother of twelve children.
Preceded in death by her husband, Preston Durisseau, Sr. and daughter, Earline Edwards Linden, she is survived by her sister, Mary Castille, loving cousin, Clovis Semien, her children, LouBertha Webster, MaeAnna Broussard, Ann Cormier, Emile Durisseau, Herbert Durisseau, Clarence Durisseau, Yvonne Tennyson, Helen Cormier, Preston Durrisseau, Jr., David Durisseau, and Kenneth Durisseau; (78) grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She will be missed.
