Tommie Lee Brady, 61 of Houston, Texas died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at his home. A native of Natchez, Mississippi, he was a longtime resident of Port Arthur and a 1968 graduate of Lincoln High School. He was a United States Army veteran.
He is survived by two brothers, Glenn Mitchell, Sr. (Carol) of Omaha, NE and James Brady (Aleen) of Port Arthur, TX; one sister, Joana Brady of Port Arthur; two uncles, Richard Williams and Edgar Williams both of Port Arthur; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Emily Ruth Jenkins; grandparents, Isabelle and Lee Virgin and Abner Williams, Sr.; aunt, Yvonne Terry, uncle, Abner Williams, Jr.
Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Vaughn officiating. Viewing will be from 9 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
