Alba's smile lit up the room.  I enjoyed working with her for a short time and liked catching up with her at school board functions.

My sincerest condolences to Dave and the rest of Alba's family. I met Dave and Alba through their generous work with Guelph Soccer, playing for a team that Dave coached and Alba managed. Together, they set an example that few humans could match. They fostered my love for the sport, while also acting as an extra set of parents to me, and dozens (probably hundreds) of soccer players over their years volunteering their time and energy to the club. RIP Alba, you will be remembered by so many for being a caring, helpful, and generous woman. My thoughts are with Dave and the rest of your family during this sad time.

 Sincere and heartfelt condolences to Dave and all of Alba's family. Our 3 kids attended St. Pats and we got to know and love Alba over the years. She was a wonderful, loving person who cared so deeply for not only the students but for their families and the staff!. We loved entering St. Pats for a concert or assembly and being greeted by Alba's beautiful presence! We will miss you Alba! God Bless!

My heart is heavy today with the news of the loss of a beautiful Lady.  The World was a much better and brighter place with Alba in it.  Her genuine, gentle, unassuming nature made it easy to love her and admire her.  

I extend my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to all who are grieving the loss of this precious soul.  I am sending caring thoughts to all of Alba’s Family for peace, comfort and strength as you face the difficult days ahead.  You will all be in my prayers.

these wonderful girls Alba and Mirella  .....  and they were always  quiet  but funny and sweet .....these memories will always be with me ..... Through all life's hardships  the entire family was  wonderful ...... Joanne & john zardo  

Alba was a great friend of mine in high school and during our time there we had a lot of great times together. We spent many hours at her grandparents home on Waterloo Avenue and generally making mischief. She had a heart like no other... her laugh was infectious and her friendship meant the world to me... I loved her and she will be truly missed.
