Christina Mary Hanson

HANSON, Christina Mary - Christina Hanson passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family in her 94th year, on October 17th, 2021 at the Guelph General Hospital. Chris was the loving sister of the late Gerald Hanson (Madeline) and sister-in-law of the late Amy. Beloved Aunt to Judy Taylor (Ken) and Pat Perry (Cam). Great Aunt to Krista Taylor (Mike), Barry Taylor (Dena), Tony Perry (Sara) and Amie Sidenberg (Michael). Loving Great Great Aunt - the Greatest - to Taylor and Addison Morrison, Kendra, Sophia, and Penelope Perry and Asher and Everly Sidenberg. Chris loved her family dearly and was dearly loved by all of us. Her kind, loving, independent spirit will live on in our hearts, with our memories formed in all kinds of situations over her long healthy, caring lifetime. Sincere gratitude from the family goes out to the nurses and doctors at the Guelph General Hospital for their excellent and compassionate care during her final two days — her first and last trip to a hospital ever!

Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street, North, Guelph on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 11-1 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph, following the visitation.
