David Jewell

JEWELL, David James— Passed away, peacefully, at age 67 years, after a valiant and courageous battle with cancer, at the Guelph General Hospital, on Saturday, November 23, 2013. David was the beloved father of Mary Melanie and Cindy Jewell. He was the proud grandfather of six grandchildren. David is survived by his siblings Marjorie Michelucci, Robert (Gail) Jewell and Rosemarie Mazzocca. He was the cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. David was predeceased by his parents William Arthur and Mary Elizabeth (nee Nichol) Jewell and by a brother William (Billy) and by two sisters Joan Upsdell and Mary Mulzer. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date, where David will be interred next to his parents at Marymount Catholic Cemetery, Guelph. Although David will be deeply missed, we, his family, were all so very fortunate to have had him in our lives. He will live in our hearts forever.
