Laverty, Edward- Peacefully on November 9, 2009 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Ollie for 15 years. Predeceased by his first wife Eva (May 20, 1989). Loving father of James and his wife Diana and their children Darci, Jillian and Colin. Lyn and her daughter Alexis. Dear step-father of Jerry (Joan), Bonnie (Dennis) and Marty. Edward will be greatly missed by his two brothers Finlay and Tommy, sister Helen, sister-in-law Margaret, brother-in-law Billy and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the GILBERT MACINTYRE AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, for a Celebration of Edward's life on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 2:00 p.m in the Chapel.
