Peacefully, with her loving family by her side, on Saturday, June 29, 2019 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late John Bloomfield (2014). Loving mom to Brian (Joan) and David (Dianne). Cherished grandma to Jody King, Jessica Lenarduzzi (Michael), Jacquie McCall (Michael), Kellie Angerilli (Steven) and Jeannine. Adoring great-grandma to Kenzie, Cameron, Brennan, Gemma, Sean, Chris, Adam, and Ethan.
Betty served as a Medical Officer during WWII in London, England. She served with much pride and dedication.
A special thank you to Dr. Pavanel for her care over the years, Dr. Skylosky, Dr. Levitsky, and staff at the Guelph General Hospital, St. Joseph’s Health Care Centre and the staff at Guelph Lake Commons for their care and compassion.
A private memorial service to commemorate Betty’s life will be held at a later date. Donations to St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Betty’s name would be greatly appreciated by the family.
