Eric James Lockett

LOCKETT, Eric James-- Passed away at the Homewood Health Centre, Guelph, on Tuesday, July 22, 2008. Eric Lockett, in his 87th year, was the beloved husband of Beryl. He was the dear step-father of Brenda (Tim) Elliott, Pat (Howard) Hall, Joanne (Jim) Frankow, and Robert (Joanne) Wright. Eric was the loving grandfather of Peter (Cybil), Ken, Stuart, Scott (Laurel), Rebecca, Adam, Kari, Andy, and Meghan. He was the dear great-grandfather of Emma, Jamie, Nathan, Chase, and Gwenn. Eric is survived by his sister Jenny and by his brothers Ivan, Neville, and Alan. The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, on Friday, July 25, 2008 from 6-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception in the Hart Fellowship Room. The Interment of Ashes will follow at Eden Mills Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Eden Mills.
