Eva Ann Steele

A wife, mother, nanna and friend; the best at all, and will be missed by all. Passed away, at the Guelph General Hospital, with her husband by her side, on Friday, July 30, 2010. Eva Ann (nee Lymburner) Steele, in her 77th year, was the beloved wife of Harris, for fifty-five years. She was the dear mother of John, Pat, Bill (Carrie), and Mike (Jennifer). Eva is fondly remembered by eight grandchildren: Matt, Jeff (Amber), Krystle, Emily, Charlie, Jaden, Tannah, and Jackson, and by one great-granddaughter, Austen. She is survived by her brother, Bob Lymburner, and is warmly remembered by Joy Steele. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Monday, August 2, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, to the Canadian Cancer Society, to the CNIB, or to the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated by the family (cards are available at the funeral home 519-821-5077 or send condolences at www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com).
