George Allan Francis Jeffs

Jeffs, George A. - P.eng - T36 - R.C.A.F. 1941-1946 Passed away peacefully on Friday August 15, 2008 at the Elliott Nursing Home, Guelph in his 97th year. George was the beloved husband of the late Louise Jeffs (1997), loving father of Lynda Ellis (Nick) and Lesley LeDrew (Don), adoring grandfather of Lynda Louise Ellis. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Kay, Viola, Lillian, Jim and Clive. George will be sadly missed by relatives, friends and the Swanson family. A special thanks to Dr. Blair Fraser and the entire Elliott Nursing Home staff for there love and support for Dad and our family. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, "Hart Chapel", 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph where the family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday August 19 from 7-9pm and Wednesday August 20 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will take place on Thursday August 21 at 2p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Internment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
