Hopkins, Helen Frances : At the Guelph General Hospital on Saturday, March 27, 2010. Helen Frances (Granville) Hopkins, in her 64th year, was the beloved wife of Ken Wellhauser of Elora. She was the loving mother of Mike Langridge and his partner Kim of Kitchener, John Langridge and his partner Lisa of Guelph, Scott Langridge of Rockwood, and the late Laurie (1979), and step-mother of Mike Beeteson and his partner Joanne Evans of Cambridge, Laurie Goudreault of Elora, and Tammy McLean and her husband Clarke of Guelph. Helen was the proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her step-granddaughter, Patricia Hill. She was the dear sister of Barb Karn of Elora, Ronnie Granville and his wife Karen of Guelph, and Shirley Smeltzer and her husband Glenn of Guelph. Helen will missed by her faithful companion Gator. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
